Reservations

Reservations are required for any operational days to be your stay comfortable.

Rooms are all shared room. Most of them are 8 people dormitories(mixed).
We will keep each place for you and your accompanies upon reservations.
If you were not sure how many people in your group, we could not accept your reservation.
Please note that the extra ¥3,000 will be charged for walk-in guests or reservations on the day.

Before planning to stay…

Please arrange your travel plan to be arrived by 5pm for your safety.
Since the mountains gets dark much quicker than cities, we are NOT able to accept any guests who may arrive after 5pm. If you got any delay for your schedule, please contact us at the time. We may ask you to stay in somewhere else where close to you in some case.
If you were not certain to stay with us, please do not make a reservation.
If someone reserved without any certain travel plan, other people would not be able to make it even if he already arranged his journey.
Additionally, if someone who has reservation didn’t show up, we would consider the guest met with an accident or got lost and move to looking for. So please contact us in case your plan changed.

How to reserve

Reservations can be made online or by phone.

Online: Available only for stays from July 1 to October 26 and can be booked up to 2 months in advance with limited availability.

A credit card guarantee is required. Unlike phone reservations, cancellation fees apply earlier, so please check the cancellation policy before booking.

Phone: Available throughout the entire season, starting 1 month before your stay date.

For example, if you wish to stay on August 11, you can call us from July 11. If your stay is on May 31, July 31, or October 31, reservations open on the 30th of the previous month.

Reserve Online

For staying between April 26 and May 25, the reservation will open on April 25 at 7:00AM.
Reservations for groups of 25 or more are NOT accepted during the busy season.
2025 season: July 19 – October 13

Phone Reservation Availability

Cancellation Policy

Online reservation: Any cancellation after booking until 1 day prior is subject to 30% of 1 night fee. Cancel on the day of arrival will be charged full amount of 1 night fee.

Reservation by phone: 5:00pm JST a day before arrival or pay ￥10,000 per person.

For safety reasons, infants are not able to stay with us. If you want to visit our area, it would be good idea that walking around from Kamikochi to us then staying hotels or lodges in Kamikochi Bus terminal area.
All rooms are shared. Any requests for rooms are not acceptable, preferred to lower or upper bed for example.
Meals would be the same for adults and children.
Packed lunch is available for ¥1,500-.(a set of breads, vegetable juice, bar, and cheese)
