Reservations

Reservations are required for any operational days to be your stay comfortable.

Rooms are all shared room. Most of them are 8 people dormitories(mixed).
We will keep each place for you and your accompanies upon reservations.
If you were not sure how many people in your group, we could not accept your reservation.
Please note that the extra ¥3,000 will be charged for walk-in guests or reservations on the day.

Before planning to stay…

Please arrange your travel plan to be arrived by 5pm for your safety.
Since the mountains gets dark much quicker than cities, we are NOT able to accept any guests who may arrive after 5pm. If you got any delay for your schedule, please contact us at the time. We may ask you to stay in somewhere else where close to you in some case.
If you were not certain to stay with us, please do not make a reservation.
If someone reserved without any certain travel plan, other people would not be able to make it even if he already arranged his journey.
Additionally, if someone who has reservation didn’t show up, we would consider the guest met with an accident or got lost and move to looking for. So please contact us in case your plan changed.

How to reserve

Reservations can be made either online or by phone.

Online: Reservations can make 2 months in advance of each date.

Limited inventory. Credit Card Guarantee Required.Any cancellation after booking until 1 day prior is subject to 30% of 1 night fee.

Phone: We accept reservation calls a month before your stay date.

For example, if you stay on August 11th, please call us from July 11th. If you stay on 31st of May, July, and October, the reservation will start from 30th of last month.

Reserve Online

If you would like to stay between April 27th to May 26th, the reservation starts from April 26th.
Reservations for bigger group such as 25 people or more are NOT accepted in following days.
2024 season: July 13th ~ October 14th

Cancellation Policy

Online reservation: Any cancellation after booking until 1 day prior is subject to 30% of 1 night fee. Cancel on the day of arrival will be charged full amount of 1 night fee.

Reservation by phone: 5:00pm JST a day before arrival or pay ￥10,000 per person.

For safety reasons, infants are not able to stay with us. If you want to visit our area, it would be good idea that walking around from Kamikochi to us then staying hotels or lodges in Kamikochi Bus terminal area.
All rooms are shared. Any requests for rooms are not acceptable, preferred to lower or upper bed for example.
Meals would be the same for adults and children.
Packed lunch is available for ¥1,500-.(a set of breads, vegetable juice, bar, and cheese)
